I am using Lead Victor from one year. Quotation module is quite useful to send quick quotation using templates to the leads. Filter facility is useful for export to excel of Contacts, Leads & Task. Grouping facility is useful to bifurcate contacts between different groups and can send bulk email to multiple groups. Customer support is always available when required and is provided all the year with the software subscription.
