The application is easy to understand and work on. Task reminders as ets you free if you forget any task. Task reminders are more helpful when more leads are to be followed. Group emails save your time for mass communications.
This is a good application for data searching of leads and any task can’t be skipped. The grouping part is good for analysis. Overall a good CRM.
