Our Support Tool and Process will get all of us on the same page. And facilitate us to do the following:
- Raise a ticket for new enhancement or about any issue.
- Check the status of the tickets raised by you.
- Confirm and validate the change requests and close your ticket.
- Get the Status and snapshot of all your tickets as Initiated, WIP, Closed etc.
- As soon as you raise a ticket, we will be instantly intimated by an email.
- As soon as we act on the issue, you will be instantly intimated.
